Another year of Pualani Elite status
As travel restrictions are lifted around the world, we recognize that it hasn’t been easy for members to qualify for Pualani Gold or Pualani Platinum status over the past few years. That’s why, in the spirit of aloha, we’re extending benefits for select Pualani Elite members through Feb. 29, 2024. You will receive an email notification by Dec. 29, 2022, if you are eligible for this status extension.
This Pualani Elite status extension for select members is at no additional cost and will be effective automatically. All member benefits will continue to be applicable, including complimentary upgrades, priority security lines, free checked bags, early boarding and bonus HawaiianMiles on flight purchases. Select members’ Pualani Platinum and Pualani Gold status will be extended through the next member year, Mar. 1, 2023, to Feb. 29, 2024. (Benefits were already extended for the current member year, Mar. 2022, to Feb. 28, 2023.)
No action is needed and if you are eligible for this status extension, you will receive an email notification by Dec. 29, 2022. Pualani Elite status will be automatically extended for select members on Mar. 1, 2023. New Platinum upgrade certificates will be issued and are valid through Feb. 29, 2024.
Pualani Platinum members receiving a status extension will receive two upgrade certificates, valid through Feb. 29, 2024.
No, your 2022 upgrade certificates will expire Feb. 28, 2023. However, Pualani Platinum members receiving a status extension will receive two upgrade certificates, valid through Feb. 29, 2024.
