Our hearts go out to Maui where our friends, families and communities have suffered devastating losses from wildfires. In the first 72 hours after the disaster, we prioritized the evacuation of displaced residents and visitors and the transportation of first responders, operating hundreds of flights and carrying more than 17,000 people out of Kahului Airport. Within the first week following these fires, more than 54,000 pounds of essential supplies were also transported to Maui during that critical response time, including life-saving blood, medical supplies, communications equipment, animal kennels and more. While we continue our Maui relief efforts via flight and cargo operations, we are also committed to supporting the challenging road to recovery and invite you to join us in helping to make a difference.
